Ristorante Arca is located adjacent to the elegant 4-star Hotel Smeraldo, offering a breathtaking view of San Benedetto's seafront. Access to the restaurant is through a refined waiting lounge, immediately providing an exclusive and welcoming atmosphere.
The dining room is elegantly modern, enhanced by original light displays and wooden sculptures. The decor is minimal yet rich in texture and depth, with colors that warmly embrace and subtly complement the dishes.

Massimiliano Capretta
Massimiliano Capretta is the Chef and owner of Ristorante Arca in San Benedetto del Tronto. He views the restaurant as a vibrant center, a heart, where dishes are deconstructed, ingredients are gradually removed, and then reintroduced to create a harmonious balance.
Everything is rooted in natural cooking techniques that ensure dishes are "technically" natural. "Healthy, good, beautiful" is the guiding philosophy. The concept revolves around “Mediterranean Bio-Cuisine”, where Bio stands for the selection of organic, locally-sourced, or certified ingredients, and Cuisine highlights the preservation of food quality through advanced cooking techniques.
